bayar.dev is an independent software product company developing scalable AI infrastructure and the B2B workflow products built on it. Our foundation is the platform layer between business applications and foundation models: routing, validation, rate limiting, streaming transport, caching, and private deployment architecture.
AI moves quickly. Models improve, tools change, and business requirements grow. We develop the infrastructure and product layers together, expanding what the platform can support and bringing those advances into the workflows and multi-agent systems built on top.
From Infrastructure to Autonomous Workflows
Our workflow products and multi-agent systems are being developed on this shared foundation to coordinate AI models, tools, and business processes. The goal is software that can adapt to new capabilities and changing operational needs while maintaining a coherent infrastructure underneath.
bayar.dev is early-stage and bootstrapped. The infrastructure and products are under active development, with the public terminal providing a working demonstration of the streaming layer.
A Working Layer of the Platform
The interactive terminal on the home page connects to a real streaming endpoint with request validation, per-identity rate limiting, and server-side error isolation. Its benchmark figures are illustrative, and its reference architecture describes design targets. The request and response contracts are published in the technical documentation.
Technical Focus
Three areas guide the infrastructure we are developing and the products it will support.
High-Throughput AI Streaming
The transport foundation for responsive AI applications: token-level streaming over server-sent events, cancellable inference requests, bounded context windows, and backpressure-aware pipeline design.
Edge Routing Infrastructure
An expanding routing layer designed around provider abstraction across foundation models, resilient failover paths, per-identity rate limiting, and request validation before upstream token spend.
Enterprise Distributed Systems
Scalable service design with shared-store coordination, structured failure isolation, and private deployment patterns intended to keep business workloads inside customer-controlled networks.
